Live at The Den: Kate

The Den is proud to welcome live pianists every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Take a seat in our cosy bar and settle in with a cocktail or two.

Kate is a classically-trained, multi-talented, award-winning piano/vocalist who regularly performs solo, playing and singing everything from classical to soul, jazz and r&b to pop. She has been featured on both Jazz FM and BBC Manchester, and won Jazz Radio’s Best Vocalist Award in 2010.  With her sweet vocal style and stripped-back arrangements, Kate performs a breezy setlist that includes everything from classic soul hits like Stevie Wonder’s Isn’t She Lovely, to more modern day fare like Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud and Ella Henderson’s Ghost.
